About these terms
These terms cover The Jigsaw Table, hosted puzzle cards and the Games Hygge website, operated by Games Hygge (legal publisher identity to be confirmed before release). Your app store's applicable terms also apply to installation and any store transaction. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Using the game
Use the app and services lawfully and without disrupting other players. Keep multiplayer credentials and recovery codes private. Do not impersonate another person, use abusive usernames, bypass security controls, interfere with the service, or automate abusive requests.
Local puzzles are stored on your device. Keep recovery information safe; the service is not a backup of all your local saves. Availability of online features depends on connectivity, maintenance and supported app versions.
Your pictures and messages
You retain any rights you have in the content you provide. Upload only content you are entitled to use and share, with appropriate permission from people shown or mentioned. Do not upload unlawful, threatening, exploitative, harassing or infringing material.
When you explicitly publish a puzzle card, you permit us to store, process and deliver that picture and message through the service for as long as it is hosted. This permission is for operating the feature, not for using your private greeting in advertising.
A link can be forwarded. Anyone holding it may receive the content. Do not share confidential information this way. Stopping sharing prevents new downloads but cannot recall copies already received.
Reports and misuse
Problematic received cards can be reported in the app. We may review reports, remove hosted content or restrict service access where needed to address abuse, legal obligations or service security. Routine private content is not published to a public gallery.
For infringement or safety concerns, contact support with enough information to locate the issue. Do not post a private card link on a public forum.
Changes and availability
The current game is in development. Features and availability can change. We aim to preserve saved puzzle compatibility, but cannot promise indefinite hosting of every online table or card. Hosted card links have the expiry described in the app and privacy policy.
Store pricing, purchases and subscriptions, if introduced, will be disclosed before a transaction. These terms do not create a purchase or promise that future features will be free.
